Updating... 0%.... Aaannnnd nothing.

I just got my Xbox One. Installed Reaper of Souls offline. I'm wanting to use my existing account so I can import my previously exported game data but when I get online and sign in, it won't allow me to get the game started without first updating it. So
I agree to start the update and it says: Updating... 0%. The trouble is, it's not moving passed this point. How long is this supposed to take?

Halo 3 on Xbox one won't update

I have Halo 3 on my Xbox one and it works but now it says updating and won't get past 0% so now i can't play it and nothing else can update even if i click update now.

Updated all my drivers and still nothing. I do know when I play these games my GPU % is on 0 and I have changed the settings in the NVidia Control Panel and nothing seems to work.

I have tried restarting my device and it still didnt work, i also tried to update my phone to the mewest software but still nothing.0

I am stuck when i try to open the app. It starts updating and even if i waited 20/30 minutes the bar is stucked to 0%. I tried mano times, i try to reinstall, to reinstall the store, to update windows 11 etc etc. But nothing works. I can install the app every time but every time it stay at 0% updating after i launch it
