    Hello,

Would be great if somebody could help with this.

A short while ago I had a messy upgrade to Win 11.
    TLDR:
    - During the update I got a BSOD

    - Had to format C drive and fresh install instead of upgrading to Win 11
    - My games were installed on separates drives from the OS

    - I've reinstalled Xbox gamepass but it cannot detect my previously installed games (Which is probably in the region of 500gb)

My issue is now that I have dead space and cannot access those games, meaning I will have to re-download them taking up even more space.

I would rather not format all my drives.

    Any help would be appreciated,

    Thank you.

    :)

    Hi Vedd,

Greetings! Thank you for posting in Xbox Forums. We are happy to help.

We understand that you are trying to launch the games you have previously installed in your PC. Let us check on this together so you will get back to gaming.

To be honest, this might lead to reinstallation of the games if it happens that the allocation (500GB) is dead space only. However, we can try to few things to test if you will need to reinstall the games or just update.

Try to launch Microsoft Store and update Xbox app then sign into your Xbox account on both apps. Next, search for one game you have installed previously (the game should be detected by your PC and Xbox app), will show you need to update?

Please post a screenshot if you encounter any error message or code. Also, conceal personal information.

Before considering installing all games, would you mind deleting or remove at least one game from your Drive and re-install it on Xbox app?

We look forward to your response. Kindly let us know, if there is any misunderstanding or clarifications of our description by sending us a reply.

    Sincerely,

Xbox app won't launch after installed gaming services on Windows 10

Thank you for your help, but it doesn't work.

My problem is I can't access Xbox app when gaming services has installed. I can access the Xbox app after I remove the gaming services by this command "get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers".

even if I can access the Xbox app, it notifies me that I need to download gaming services. If I do, it just like it could not install (nothing happens and game cannot install, display preparing button). If I close this Xbox window and re-open it, I will not be able to launch the app (stuck in Xbox logo loading screen)

My computer cannot install windows 11 (no TPM 2.0) and I try to update windows every time I try.

My EA Play is work fine. no any problems.

PS. By the way, I wasted my Pc Gamepass for a month with nothing.

XBOX GAMES FOR PC LOST AFTER DOWNLOADING MICROSOFT 11

Lois, let me see if I understand. You're subscribed to Gamepass, right?

When you open the Xbox app on your PC, no games are showed there? What exactly the app showed you when you open it?

Also, you said you installed, 11 of them, you cannot see them installed on your PC?
They installed Windows 11, not "installed 11" games.
