UPDATED NOW NO SOUND NOR SAVE GAMES

I spent 3 hours waiting for the update, now that it's installed the game won't recognize my save games and has no sound during gameplay. The whole thing is just messed up.

Xbox doesnt record background sounds such as youtube or discord

Since I finally updated my win10, I have issues with sounds on the background while im playing games. It doesnt record my youtube songs nor the discord conversations that happens on the background, only the game sound

Sound faulty since update 8 Dec 2014

have not played console for a week. Turned on, updated, now no sound on dashboard or game . But there is sound on the start screen. Any suggestions?

Can you give your Xbox One a quick power cycle to see if the sound issue is resolved for you? Hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds until it fully shuts off, then give it another try. If you're still having trouble, please try uninstalling the game and
re-install it.

I have the same problem on Acer Iconia W510 after updating to Windows 8.1. That is not RT nor ARM. Hope the new update will fix the sound anyways.

P.S. I have exactly the same issue with coin sound also in Mahjong and Taptiles.

It sounds like either the game's save data, or an update for the game is corrupted. Try clearing your cache (as mentioned above) and deleting/transferring your save data, and try again.

It sounds like the update was cancelled somehow. If an update is cancelled it will delete the entire game as well.

The saves would be fine since those are separate from the game data.

I am playing on PC. Yesterday i played saved and turn off the PC. When i opened game today it asked me to use save file from either device or from cloud. I tried both of them but both options didn't load my save file. Also, there was no updates on game nor in PC.
