    I Updated my billing info

    A few more months have gone by since my last post and still my earned rewards have not been deposited into my Microsoft account. It's frustrating that I have around $70.00 worth of Microsoft points earned and I can't use them. I have had all the same information
    for 10 years, I don't understand why the deposits would just stop working. Again If there is anything I can do please let me know otherwise please get this issue resolved for me. Thank you.

  3. Payment Info Cannot Be Updated

    Has anyone else had issues with updating their Payment info on Xbox/Microsoft?

    I've tried 2 credit cards, a debit card, my paypal account, my checking account, and nothing. Had a 90 minute phone call with Microsoft support too and the lady I was dealing with also was stumped. She was very nice and helped me as much as she could. She
    had asked me to post about it here to see if a Moderator can help me out.

    I am in the preview program also. Every time i enter in my credit cards / banking / paypal info, I get an error that says :"Seems like something went wrong our end. If the problem persists, please contact customer support." Unfortunately, I've been dealing
    with this issue for weeks.

    Dude just wants to play Overwatch Updated info :(

    Any help or insight would be great. Thanks.

    You are receiving this yellow "warning" light since we have detected that we are unable to send emails to the address on file. While this will not negatively impact your Rewards Account, it will prevent you from receiving communications from our program.
    While updates to your information do take 96 hours to be processed, if you confirmed that your information is correct, then it is likely we may be having issues delivering to that address. Can you roughly recall when you last received an email from us, if
    ever? This information may aid in our investigation.

    We have disabled the yellow light notification, and removed it from user's pages. To be clear, this notification was not an alert indicating an issue with Rewarding. We apologies for the confusion this notice may have caused.

    Well its screwed up my cloud that I never use. Its always wanting to sync it when I try to load a saved game from my hdd. It still loads the saved game but takes and extra minute or two.
