(UPDATED) I was permanently suspended on Xbox Live for cheating, but never cheated

I recently (approximately 3 days ago) was permanently suspended from Xbox Live for cheating, however I never cheated.

I primarily play GTA V on Xbox One but about 2 weeks ago my Xbox 360 was stolen from my home during a break in (my Xbox One was not in my home at the time.)

My account is 7 years old and has ton of time and money spent on it. I never cheated on it. The only other suspension I received on Xbox was for cheating 3 years ago (July 2016,) but again I never cheated. I assumed it was random reports from other players
and it had no evidence with it as it only lasted 24 hours and I still had access to play on Xbox Live. I believe that the most recent suspension was from someone using my account on my old Xbox 360 as messages were being sent from my account that I didn't
send. I just thought it was my brother but it was not. The messages involved Black Ops 2, but the copy of Black Ops 2 we owned was inside of the Xbox 360 when it was stolen

I fully understand that cheating ruins games and that the account cheating must be held accountable. I've experienced hacked COD lobbies and many other cheaters in games that have fully ruined my experience, but I never cheated myself. I just tried to
enjoy the game the best I could. And being quite blunt and honest, if I wanted to cheat, I wouldn't use an account with so much on it that has been around for 7 years.

I sent a claim on the enforcement page but just received what I can only assume was automated or copy and pasted from the Code of Conduct. I just don't know where else to go with this as the help center just circles back to the enforcement page.

I never cheated. I recently spent money on GTA V and would never risk losing that purchase or progress. Especially all the purchases and progress I have made since I was an 11 year old kid on my Xbox 360. I was even considering buying a new Xbox One that
I could use without having to share with my family to grind more GTA with my friends, but with my profile suspended I've hit a dead end.

I have made many friends over the years on this account and I'm heartbroken to lose the account. I'm here and willing to do anything I can to get it back. Whether it's reducing the suspension from permanent to something like 2 weeks to a month so I can
make security measures on my account (I have already changed passwords and warned others who had accounts on the Xbox 360) or just taking a blind punishment without losing everything permanently. Maybe I can even hopefully get my Xbox 360 back along with other
things stolen from my home.
