    Updated homepage ruined the


    Ever since the update to the dashboard, I can't start or join parties. I can't install or update games. I've done hard resets and nothing happens. What do I need to do?

    The homepage reads ITS HERE the new xbox 360 dashboard lol clearly we all know it isnt about time you updated your homepage MS lol

    why would i loss access to single player content when EA shuts down the server for the saboteur?

    By "updated" do you mean ruined?

    About how long has this issue been going on?

    Does your account have active gold attached to it?

    Have you attempted to
    factory reset     the console since the issue continues?

    If you have factory reset the console and it still does not function properly can you send us your NAT type and a photo of your detailed network stats?

    Dashboard still not loading at times.

    I`m having the same problem. Some days it`s ok (still slow getting to the homepage), other day like yesterday the homepage wouldn`t load.

    And this is only since the last update!

    Why did Microsoft changed the Xbox one home menu? It was somewhat good but no more . . .

    I don't mind the Homepage, but the Update Queue is a more to difficult to reach. It will just take some getting used to.
