updated- gears of war back compat games codes

i wrote a post yesterday about codes for the other gears games because i played gears ult ed. the response was that i was too young, despite the account age of 41, because it was still a child account. after a brutal conversation with a Microsoft chat person,
i was able to remove my account from the family. i do not have the reference number because the mod removed it when they replied. i would appreciate a revaluation of my case. thanks.

Gears of war 3 profile logged out.

Trying to run gears3 on xb1 through bkwd compat. Game loads fine than signs me out. Unable to sign back in. Error status code 8015190A Checked internet connection Checked Xbl service status Made a change to avatar/signed back in Xb1 console updated earlier
today. Restarted console, same issue. Xblgt:

 

I redeemed the Gears of War 2 code but it doesn't show up in queue to download

Hey, HeavenlyValkrie! I moved you from the Gears forum to the Back Compat forum. The Gears forum is for users that no longer have access to their codes or didn't receive them. Since what you're running into is a back compat issue, it fits better here.

Sometimes, when others run into this issue, we have found that changing the region on their console to one that isn't their region and then back to their physical location results in the game showing up in the Ready to Install section. Can you give that
a try for us, please? Let us know if that works for you.

 

It doesn't matter if you change the age of an account after

The qualifications is set by the original age of the account which is set in stone

 

Changing the ms account or the age of the ms account won't work

 

They removed it because it is a security concern because it contains private info about yoi

The only people who has access to that stuff is you and support not open forums

Nor can they see the original age

 

Changing the age often account doesn't affect your eligibility

Your account age is set in stone when you originally created it

 

In addition, as your account was a child account at the time of the promotion there would be no way to get them at this point. Sorry
