    I have posted this problem on 12-9-14, 1-29-16, 4-22-16, 5-12-16 and now today on 10-4-17. Here is the answer from a year ago and still no solution, I would think I have shown patience, but enough is enough........3 YEARS TO GET A SOLUTION, HAVE I NOT
    BEEN PATIENT??????

    Unfortunately, our other team has still not provided us with a solid time of estimation for resolving this issue. Due to the uncertainty involved in coding, especially on an entire database, they are still working on creating a solution that will solve the
    problem for the subset of users affected by this issue, without making the issue worse or causing it to spread. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your continued patience while we await word from our other team.

    Can I get an answer / solution / satisfaction.........please?

    Hello OneChannel38205,

    Only purchases made in your Rewards Account region's currency are eligible for Rewards. Since you have been purchasing with Canadian dollars, and your account was a US Rewards Account, those purchases were not eligible for Rewards. Your purchases since enrolling
    as a Canadian Rewards member on June 5th are the only purchases eligible for Rewards.

    Still not getting my Xbox live rewards deposited.

    It has been almost 2 years not since this issue has started, my Xbox live rewards are not being deposited into my Microsoft account. I keep getting the same message to update my account information but everything is updated. This will be my 3rd time posting
    in this forum and nothing has changed. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO to get some help with this?????

    We see that you are currently experiencing an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and
    thus aborts the process. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. While this other team has been able to provide fixed deposits (most recently,
    your deposit in June), at the moment we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be fully resolved and their resolution applied consistently. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

    Since you have been automatically scheduled for a deposit due to being over 5000 Credits, there is no need for you to request an early deposit, so that button has been removed. From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

    I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

    If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
    account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
    will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

    Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing into
    your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

    Additionally, we see that your Credits were pending at the time of that post, since March 5th, 48 hours after you claimed them on March 3rd.

    Due to a large amount of user's claiming prizes at the same time, you may have seen an error message as a result. We see you claimed your prize a few days ago. From the FAQ:
