Update Xbox One X warranty by sharing proof of purchase

Hi,

I bought a new Xbox One X Cyberpunk 2077 Limited Edition Bundle (1TB) on 3rd Jan 2021, and it was delivered today on 5th Jan 2021. When i registered the device with my account it is showing its warranty will be expiring on 7/28/2021. I need to update it
as per the date of purchase. Please assist me in updating the same.

As that limited edition console sold out a long time ago, where were you able to purchase a new one? And are you certain that it is new?

If you have the proof of purchase you will be required to provide it to update the warranty, only trough support can be updated the warranty

If the warranty end date is incorrect, you can update it with proof of purchase.

It should he a one year warranty, many companies use the manufacturing date for their warranties when there is no proof of purchase. Then they revert to the proof of purchase date if you have one. Loke the other ambassadors have mentioned you just need
to contact support to verify your proof of purchase.
