    Hi, when I turn on my Xbox 360 Slim, it tells me that there is and update available to run. I start it buy about halfway through the update It stops and I get the status code 4497-0000-3080-0505-8007-0570. What should I do?

    There is some known issues with to days update for both Xbox 360 and Xbox One. Support is currently flooded with calls. Right now the normal alternate methods for Xbox 360 are working, but for the Xbox One people may need to call in to get it to work and
    find alternate methods for the update.
