Update xbox 10.0.17134.3011 Unable to write to External USB

Hi,

One of my Xbox Ones has updated to 10.0.17134.3011.

Since then I am unable to transfer from or to my external USB drive.

Unable to format any USB drive and have tried multiple drives.

All works fine on the Xbox that has not updated and can find next to no information on this update.

Using Game - Manage - Copy or Move does not work, clicking on OK when ready just doesn't happen.

The same if going through Settings - Storage - Transfer and also the same issue when using Network Transfer.

Nothing added to Queue even if left for hours.

USB drive, external USB drive didn't work with Xbox one. Do you know if it will have a update to connect a USB external hard drive?

I think it's a big missing. Possibility to play MP3, pictures, video from the External drive and perhaps extend Xbox one capacity storage.

The USB 3.0 is capable of transferring data at up to 5 Gbit/s (625 MB/s), which is more than ten times as fast as the 480 Mbit/s (60 MB/s) high speed of USB 2.0. Transcend 1 TB USB 3.0 External Solid State Drive is marketed to having read and write speeds
of up to 410MB/s and 380MB/s respectively. Sound Transcend 1 TB USB 3.0 External Solid State Drive read and write speed is still below of USB 3.0 max capability.

With the newly updated console let's try a quick factory reset by following the steps in

our factory reset guide. Please be sure to keep your games and apps installed when asked to do so during this process. This will put a fresh version of the latest update onto the console. Please let us know if this corrects the issue.
