Update to the Witcher 3: not installing

I have been trying to install the most recent update for The Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt for the past two days. I have done many troubleshooting techniques and cannot seem to be able to download the update. Troubleshooting techniques I have done:

1. Restarting the console.

2. Hard shutdown of the console (hold power button for 10 seconds or until the console turns off) and start again.

3. Taking the disc out and putting it back in.

4. Switching between a wireless and wired internet connection. Both of these for me are moderate strength, so I would expect not the fastest of downloads. But I would still expect it to begin to download.

5. Uninstalling, then reinstalling the game while offline. Then try to download the update again.

Nothing has worked. I keep getting the same response with the update. It says "Updating 0%" like it's going to update, then after a few minutes, or in some cases a couple of hours, it says "Installation Stopped". Then I will try a troubleshooting technique
and begin to download the update again and will still get the same result. I have 58 GB free space available for it, and the update is size 18 GB so I know that storage is not the issue. Any suggestions would be wonderful. The Support Chat has not been overly
beneficial.

Witcher 3 Wild Hunt Not Installing

My xbox one will not download "The Witcher 3" I can not find the problem. I have looked and forums say the problem has been fixed but my game will still not install. I even tried installing another game to see if it was an issue with my xbox and that game
installed fine. Its only The Witcher 3. Does anyone have any clarity on the situation?

Same issue for me for NBA 2k16.....I've tried all of that and nothin works. Support chat hasn't been able to help!!!! If you find a solution can you reply back? Thanks.

i uninstalled witcher 3 to re install now i cant re install what the hell i came home and want to relax and play some witcher 3 uninstalling to re install made me mad enough but it wont let me install it agin i had to uninstall because of the error code

Experiencing similar problem, witcher 3 disc play 1st time i insert but none of my other disks even register even though they are installed and have been played before, starting to really P me off. Tried an update but none given, tried hard reset but no
luck i'm at a loss. even bought 2nd disk of ds2 still doesn't work, only witcher 3 WTF!!

Not sure how long it takes Witcher 3 to install, however, 45 minutes does not seem like and excessive amount of time. Many experience extremely slow install times whether installing from disc or digital. It becomes more obvious every day that a fast reliable
internet circuit is a requirement for good install/update times.

No luck doing this, all other games are updated including the witcher 3, it's just gta online not updating.
