Update to my Jigsaw issue

Update: Jigsaw functions properly when I play previously played puzzles. Must be an issue with Food 2 puzzle. Just guessing.

If you are on the most recent version of Jigsaw, and you are still experiencing issues, please write us a private message on Facebook.

In order to make sure that you are on the most recent version of Jigsaw, please open the Charms Bar by using the Windows key+C while you are in the Windows Store and check if there are any pending app updates for you under Settings -> App updates.

Still looking for help with this issue. I am really becoming frustrated with the frequency of which this is happening.

All registry setting have been restored to their default settings. There are currently no Windows updates to install. An update to Microsoft Jigsaw was installed, but that has not resolved the issue.
