Update stucks after verifying process

Its stuck in the intinal setup. Everytime it starts up to the update section. Downloads the update, the the error appears during the verifying update process. Ive tried wired through modem and through router. Tried wire with modem and wireless. Still same
issue.

If you are in the Xbox Insiders you CAN'T use uSB Offline System Updates (OSU) unless you unenroll from the program.
