    My box has done 3 updates in the last 7 days and it takes a lot of time each time.

    MS does a poor job helping with offline update Xbox One System Updates | Offline System Updates

    there is no file to download.

    do you people have this problem and/or do you have any suggestion how to get rid of it?

    Hi

    Do you know if your console is in the insider (formerly preview) program? As this will probably be the reason the console is receiving multiple system updates in a short period of time.

    Hi, it may also be worth trying the following.

    -

    On your console go to settings - system - storage, highlight your storage device and press the following buttons in sequence on your controller.

    -

    LB,RB,X,LB,RB,X

    -

    You will be asked to confirm deletion of the system update, confirm deletion, this will clear any failed system update you have, the console will restart and you will need to update again.

    -

    If that does nothing for you then could you take a look at the following link please and try the suggestions there.

    Hi, MASTER x GLIB1. What model is your xbox? is it one of the new black slim models? also could you navigate to your settings tab on the dashboard, go to system/console settings/system info. Can you tell me what your dashboard version currently is. The latest
    is 2.0.16202.0. Also are you on a stable internet connection? It might be getting corrupted if its not downloading correctly.

    STARTING OVER,

    It doesn't really take that long (especially with Swift Learner x2), and you only have to do it once, save that game, and then use that load point whenever you start fresh. I mapped out what Perks I want to always have, no matter what, and then when I leave
    Goodsprings, I rebuild the character. Money is never a problem with x3000 Leather Armor & 90,000 9mm ammo to sell whenever/wherever I want. And since I can get the Skilled Trait x2 (once when I leave GS, once in OWB), +10 to all skills is well worth it.
