Update screwed my xbox

Apparently my xbox just updated the only reason i can tell is menu changes but my xbox turns on like normal but then when i try and select something it skips and hitting the xbox button i cant use the menu it wont let me go over to friends or options or
anything, its not my controller tried others and my phone i was playing just fine like a few hours ago then when i came back and nothing works and the only thing different is my menus so it was odviously an update.

Anyone else having this or similar?

Idk what to do theres no way to get into my settings or anything the 1 thing i can get into is games and apps and updates just barely but theres nothing i can do worth anything from there.

Mine is having similar problems the update seemed to take all night long , almost as if it was incomplete it has affected my streaming apps i cant stream anything right now so all my tv shows are unwatchable including my movie purchases it will play if
im lucky for a fee seconds then it just fails , im very frustrated that this jasnt been fixed yet, i am really posses off about the whole situation, i tryed calling xbox but apparently they dont have a customer service anymore ****?

it did let me sign in before but then I had a update for my game and then once I updated the game I couldnt sign in again xbox is screwed atm
