Update : resolved - Changed region by mistake :( - 360 Region on Xbox profile

My previous thread was locked but not answered...

I was able to contact Microsoft Support directly and they saw it was a mistake and change my region back, without waiting 3 months.

Took a hour, great service from them.

PS : The thread got locked but my problem was still going at this time. I don't see why I coudn't decide wether my issue is resolved or not.

And special "thanks" to the "Ambassador" who said no one at support could help. They did help.

I'm very glad that your issue was resolved. Also very sorry that the particular Ambassador you commented on was not helpful. That person represents the minority not majority of Ambassadors.

Hi, if you changed your account region then there is a three month wait before you can change the region again.
