    I have a complaint about the updates for games on Xbox live. I do not like that I have to update my games. Since I have slow internet, it takes HOURS to update. I wish that Xbox would not make it where you have to update or else you have to uninstall your

    Update Problems.

    I found this information regarding that error code:

    A storage device (memory unit or hard drive) was not found during the software update. Follow these steps:

    1. Turn off your console.
    2. Remove all console storage devices, including any USB flash drives, external hard drives, or the internal hard drive on the Xbox 360 S console. Learn how to remove the
      hard drive      .
    3. Add your primary storage device, for example, the hard drive.
    4. Turn on the console
    5. Try updating the console again.

    Hey ShakyChaff36025! You can use a usb to
    update the console offline    , if retrying the update does not work. Post back and let me know how it goes!
