Check that updates are installed and that only Stardew is having connection issues. You may be uninstalling and reinstalling the game and restarting your modem to see if that solves it.

No email was provided for me to contact once I was done. She told me once I replied to the email she’d review the file. Also about the file, when I attach it only says “file transfer complete” does that mean the file has been submitted or transferred? There is no button that says submit so that’s why I’m asking. It only says add.

In this case it's either you have to contact them trough an email that should be provided in the one they contacted you or could be that they will get back to you, but usually in this situations they contact you on a email that it's monitored, probably you are replying to the email that you received after submitting the form and not the one from their reply or you are adding another email to the reply that it's the one replying you with that message

I have been contacted by someone & have been told my next steps for reinstatement. But my issue is it tells me to attach a file for validation of the account (which I have done) & I’ve been told to email them back when I am done. But I do not have their email. Whenever I do reply to the Microsoft customer support email, the email I was contacted from it says “you have reached an unmonitored alias”
