Update on 23rd of September for xbox one X

Hes not the only one who feels like that i myself am feeling quite vocal right now considering ive had the series x on preorder since September 23rd and paid for since 24th September yet it seems like we are not even worth keeping in the loop.

The email was sent way back in September. Everyone got one so go back in your email and it's either there or you deleted it. The discs haven't been working since the last Reach update was released(which was back in September) the dashboard update hasn't
done anything to it.

I purchased it on the 18th September and the fine print stated that the promotion will end on the 23rd, it didn't mention anything about when to expect the code other than that the promotion ends on the 23rd
