Update my information emails

I have been getting the "Update your information" emails and I have checked my information multiple times and it is correct. What else can I do to get this issue corrected. Thank you.

Be Careful ..XBOX Live

Its not a huge huge threat, but the private keys for some Xbox live certs were leaked. What this means is be weary of any email from Xbox live asking you to send your sign in information or credit card information be vigilant about checking where your information is going in any xbox related emails.

For those that don't know, never follow links in an email that ask for information go to the official site and log in there on your own. Easiest way to avoid scam emails.

Email on file for xbox live .

I have currently lost my email account information on file for my xbox live account thus I cant update payment information for it. How can I change my email address from the current to a different without having to go through security measures and reply
to a email in the email account I don't have access to anymore?

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known internal database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly

The Advocacy Team sent me another email. Told me to update the contact email address and asked if my billing information was correct. Updated my contact email and it still fails.

As for the billing information, its correct. I'm starting to doubt that any of these support people communicate with each other because I have been asked 4 or 5 times if my billing information is correct, and I tell them every time it is.

My investigation finished.

I called them a second time after a 2nd email was added to my account. The email was misspelled. He said the information to unlock the account would be there. Since the email was misspelled I received no such information. They updated the email a few days
ago and I still have not received anything to my second, newly added, correctly spelled email account.

We need to make sure that the email was added to the account properly. Did you

update the email address associated with your Microsoft account or did you update it under your

Account security Information? Make sure the email is in none of these.

How long ago did you make these changes?

It says that I purchased my gold membership 4/1/12. However, in checking my personal information on the billings page it had a extremely old contact email that I hadn't used since the original Xbox days. That email account was discontinued years ago when
I changed my ISP. I updated my information to my currently active emails account.
