Update: Micorsoft replaced my account balance bought from retail store, which never...

Did all the troubleshooting, the virtual assistant suggested a replacement, but the serial number wasn't found. I bought my controller from a retail store, does that still work or do I have to request a replacement at the store? I still have the receipt

I know that Microsoft cant refund if i bought it from a retailer.

I bouht the game twice.

1 time in the Microsoft Store. They got my money but i never got the game.

2 time i bought it in a retailer store.

Now i want my money back from Microsoft for the game i bought in there store.

Microsoft removed the game i bought in the retailer store......

The Support cant help me. I tried it 3 times but they dont understand that..... -.-

You can use your Microsoft account balance if you make the purchase from a 360. The One store has never been updated to work with Microsoft account balance for 360 or original Xbox game purchases.

Instead of buying mw3 from Microsoft store directly i bought it from warzone which is the free version of the game and it worked but my balance still shows 71.80 in Microsoft store

If you had warranty from a retailer like gamestop they can replace it and give you a new one or if you bought in a Microsoft store then they can fix it for you
