Update made Xbox unusable

Turned on Xbox got the phrase system update failed now Xbox doest work, well done for breaking my Xbox you can imagine how fracked off I'm now, tried restarting same screen

Tried unplugging waiting a while same screen (yes I unplugged all wires to Xbox and power pack)

This should not have happened as automatic updates/installs and downloading is turned off,

It's bad enough you broke my laptop with the Microsoft updating all the time, and I mean every time I turned it on, now your doing the same to my Xbox, as I know it's in repairable and it's not a wait a certain amount of time or a turn it off and on again,
I'm not happy,

Do you know how many games I have? over 250, do you know how many used to be playable a single handful, because of your update queue, and by the time it gets to a game I want to play, it needs updating again, it's an ouroborus an endless circle with you
people and everything Microsoft and "I have drawn the line here no further"

Please stop causing these error problems, it'd not us it'd you and your software and updates we don't need that are doing it, we just want to play Xbox not spend hours waiting to play some new game,

We used to buy disc put in disc play game, you made it more complex that it needed to be and no it's not worth it.

And make it darn eaier to contact YOU not a volunteer not a tweet, not an endless circle of pages, just a page with an email address there you go job done, how hard is that!!

Xbox Fitness issues

Same issue here... please fix and please test the apps before releasing an update that obviously made fitness unusable. This worked perfectly before the update.

 

The Halo: Reach dashboard beta disc.

Bungie did an update that made the Dashboard Beta Disc unusable. You should have gotten an email with a code to redeem Halo Reach from Xbox marketplace. Check the email that you used to sign up for the beta.
