UPDATE INTERRUPTIONS

So, Microsoft has become BIG-TIME authoritarian, in regards to their UPDATES. Both on PC and Xbox. WHY?

Here I am, playing another game, and I'm RIPPED OUT OF MY GAME, FOR A DAMN UPDATE.

Now, I've posted on this before. I've done ALL the suggested. So, I'm DONE with that.

Microsoft? KNOCK IT OFF. You want me to update? You first TELL ME there's one available, and then? You ask ME, when I'D LIKE TO DO THE UPDATE, and YOU, give ME, OPTIONS TO DO SO.

STOP WITH THIS NAZI-LIKE FORCING PEOPLE WHO PAY YOU, OUT OF THEIR GAMES, BECAUSE YOU WISH IT SO. You've caused HARM, in doing this, and you don't even care. People who may be in a GROUP of OTHERS, you remove from the game, leaving THEM STRANDED, and the person who had no choice, others are MAD AT.

I will NEVER give up on this issue, from here on out. It's WRONG.

FIX IT.

Strange this appears to be happening as their new consoles are now available. Makes one think...

I did the same thing but right at the beginning of an update and now my xbox 360 wont turn on. Is there any way of resolving this ?

Hi, could you try this please, remove any disc from the drive and power the console off, hold the sync button on the console in and power the console on keeping the sync button held in, it may take a little while but does the console then reach the dashboard

i agree with you, but also windows 10 is technically a FREE OS, so you get what you don't pay for. windows as we used to know it is no more, it is now a live service wich is a pain in the butt.

i miss windows 7, hell i miss windows xp and even vista.

if i could reliably get steam and others to work on linux i would have jumped already. (just waiting for that moment when things do)

don't know why you mention PC, i choose when those updates go in.

xbox, well thats a different story, are you in the insider program if so then you have given permission to update as and when.

if not then is your xbox set to fully shut down or sleep only.
