Update info when logged out

Thanks, I saw the update when I logged in today. Appreciate the info. Most if time I have no clue what the update is without having to do excessive searching.

Thanks for the update. We recommend trying to update the address on the
account website. When you log in go to Your info, just above picture select contact info then go to address book.

You can try going into your live account settings through your email account and update the region there.

1. Log into your live or hotmail account by computer not the xbox

2. Account Settings

3.Billing

4.Profile

5.Edit info and save

6.Log out and then sign into your xbox live account from your xbox and the info should be updated

I was walked through these steps by customer support. Good luck

Have read that but still can't get anywhere. Under the login.live page I have the message:

You recently updated your security info

We have a waiting period for the updates to take effect. On 19/5/2013, we'll delete your old security info:

Once this has been deleted, you'll be able to verify your account with info you have access to. If you didn't make the updates, or if you still have access to the above info, cancel the updates.

There is nothing else on the page other than option to log out.

Have you tried going to account.live.com and logging through that to see if you can update your info? i was able to go there and it didnt ask for sending the code for me unlike when i went through the update account on xbox.com.
