Update good but all medals and puzzles are gone

I updated taptiles but still don't get the "Taptiles Enthusiast" medal despite having well over the required numbers of cleared puzzles in dash mode

Defense Grid 2 isnt giving my acheivements. I beat the campaign months ago, with all gold medals too and nothing. Not jumping ship though. Still puzzling.

my fiance's been reset twice now, rank to 1 all onyx medals except one gone, progress reset towards medals, all ribbons gone... sucks, cause we love to split screen gow3 were enjoying it til he was reset the 2nd time after the "patch"

Same problem: a certain number of puzzles do not unlock and neither do a certain number of "medals".

I see only the Medals from 2013 and all from this year are gone, I hope they fix it, I need only one silver and one bronze Medal to complet this game.
