    XB1 failing to update

    Speak with xbox support by calling 1-800-4MY-XBOX or go to their forums to find suggestions on how to fix this. The obvious remedies would be turning it off or factory reset. Another thing you could try is disconnecting from your wifi and reconnecting and if that doesn't work, connect to your router or modem via RJ-45.

    Is him ArcherBear23 reosen i not been aple to enter my goldmembership or musik, for aprox 8 month now, keep geting kick,ed out after few min. ?? is it not some you can help me regain my control over my box, couse if not, theres no idea next time i has to
    pay for a hole year, that i not will do, when it is like this year, all them money and monthly mush to musik, waste of money, cant even delate my musikpas? Someone using my account!

    I'd recommending running through all steps in
    this thread     first so we know the results of all steps. If this doesn't resolve the problem then I'd recommend creating a new thread in the 00 - 2013 Xbox Dashboard Update forums

    The Uninstall thing seems like a new bug / feature added in the latest dash.

    Let's hope they fix it soon.

    I am also experiencing same error. Power recycling does not fix it. I have downloaded update 3 times to no avail.

    I actually had that error of: 3143-397F-1600-2203-C000-0001 on my one console and if I remember correctly that means that the console has been modified or tampered with. I didn't do anything with my console but I found mine was refurbished and so it was
    opened by someone other then Microsoft. If you call into the Xbox Support line they can tell you for sure.
