    Hi all, Sajad Sadiq here.

    I bought Xbox 360 for the first but I have an issue. I tried to update it offline but it went error and gave me this message

    "Update failed

    Can't process the update. If the problem persists, go to www.xbox.com/support.

    Status Code:

    4467 - 4497 - 1600 - 2446 - C810 - 1004"

    My father is trying to fix my console, but he doesn't know how to do that.

    Any solution?

    Mandatory xbox 360 update made my console useless

    It could be that the hard drive is failing. The Xbox is unable to read the drive, thinks that it needs an update but the update will fail because the drive itself is failing. Your 360 might be dead basically.

    Xbox 360 updatedownload, constant fails

    Often in the older 360 consoles with the built in memory unit, this issue will occur.

    When the memory unit fails, the Xbox sees that there's an update available since it can't see the update that was on the storage device. When the Xbox tries to download/install the update, the update can't install because of the failed storage device.

    Does your Xbox 360 have the memory unit and/or the hard drive?
