    Hi

    my Xbox is failing to update i have tried to reset but it just loops back to the update screen. I read that you can't use the osu1 to do the offline update when you are running preview os, and i might need to wait for a newer osu1 file to be released is this true?

    Hi daveydaveygee

    Did they install offline but then fail during update? If it keeps failing when you're online it could be something with your network. Perhaps uninstall the games, go offline install, then try rebooting your router, and/or using network rather than wireless
    for the updates.

    Thanks for the update on the issue with the failed update. If the issue persists with the failed update, try this: Xbox One System Update Solution
    and click on Update My Console Offline.

    Give this a try and let us know the results.
