Update Error E102

Hi all,

I turned on my console xbox one, from one month of not turned, and started to making an update, but then freezed at 50%, and it stay like that for 2hrs, then i turned off and turned on, and giving me this error E101. I try OSU1, i try factory reset, everything,
and still nothing. What i can do for resolving this issue.

UPDATE: just went to the something went wrong screen with the error code E102 00000C12 8007045D

Im having same issue with this new OS Version 19041.1999. It has my Xbox giving E102 error and I just turned it off. I need that update ASAP.

When you attempted the OSU, did you disconnect the ethernet cable from the console?

What type of xbox one is it, og ,S, X?

The 50% mark is where the console does a auto restart after the Download and Verifying stage.

When you turned it off, Did you power cycle your network hardware?

Does the console boot up to the troubleshooting screen?

Hi Marius,

To try and resolve this problem, use the Xbox One startup error troubleshooter:

Go to the
Xbox One Startup Error Solution.
Scroll down the screen and select E102.
Follow the instructions in the troubleshooter.

If nothing on the troubleshooter helps, then the console has a hardware failure and would need to be sent in for repair or the console will need to be replaced.

I have xbox one. The update was stuck at 50% for two hours..this is not normal i think. I boot in troubleshooting screen, and nothing works, offline updates with usb stick OSU1/ OSU2, factory reset, and nothing works.....i try everything.
