• If you haven't already, could you try power-cycling both your console and network devices? Like this:

- Press and hold your console's power button until it shuts down.

- Unplug all external devices from your console's USB ports, and leave them like that.

- Unplug the console's power cord for 5 minutes. If you have the original Xbox One, you'll have to unplug the power supply unit from both the console and the outlet.

- Turn your modem/router off and unplug them for 5 minutes.

- Plug everything back together and check if the issues persist.

• To clarify, is your console enrolled in the Xbox Insider update preview program? Should the previous steps not work, the next thing to do is try an offline system update, however, this would only work if your console is not in a preview OS build.

If your console is enrolled in the Xbox Insider update preview program, we could still try a soft factory reset. By "Soft" I mean that none of your games will be uninstalled, but accounts and local save data will be removed from the console.
