    Can't do nothing else than retry endless time without working,checking my connection and anytime says that's all ok.and turn off the console that's are the only 3 think I can do with the Xbox.there is any way to restart it from fabric?remind you I can't
    even go to the menu the only thinks I can do are written above

    Is there anyway to fix this? I tried the troubleshooting tips mentioned on the site. I was able to download the patch but when the xbox restarted I had to download again and it continually gives me this error. Is there any way to fix this?

    Games wont work!

    Ok so I have a Xbox One S that's not even a year old and now for about 2-3 weeks I can't play most of my games. Tried all the trouble shooting steps and connection is good. But brand new games disc and digital install then I get a error saying game took
    to long to start or it just freezes up on a black screen. Someone please help. It's like the out recent update screwed my system over!

    i am so sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your console. Here is an offline update tool that I have helped some people use and it works great!

    support.gtm.xbox.com/.../offline-system-update-diagnostic-tool

    If you are unable to get your OS version you will have to use the Restore Factory Defaults file version. This is in the last column, you can click on the green hyperlink. You will need a flash drive to copy the files,

    Please let me know how this works for you.
