    Crashed once before the update. The night of the update crashed 4 times, crashed twice last night. I def think the update did something. All random stuff , like the other stuff said. After a fast travel or going in a door.

    me too, the crashes always happen when loading from a checkpoint. There was the recent console update & an update for this title, but the crashes are still far too frequent to enjoy the game at present.

    My controller started doing the same thing then crashed completely when your stupid new controller update popped up, now it wont update and only the middle button works, if i reset my xbox it works fine until it tells me my controller needs an update then
    it crashes again immediately, thanks for giving me a required update that crashes my hardware, your great xbox.....
