Update Broke My HDMI Port Please Help

Hi please try checking both hdmi ports and see if they are clean you can also check the Xbox on another TV and see if it works there if it does then the tv is broke

Maybe your TV HDMI port is broke.

Did you try to connect something else with an HDMI to that TV?

Nevermind…just saw you said you tested it already.

I've tried different monitors and cables, it's definitely something to do with the box. Hopefully not faulty as it's my sons and he'll be gutted.

Hello fellow gamer, Its to do with your xbox hdmi port, sometimes your xbox can have a crack in the bottom on the hdmi port mine has broke today just brought a new xbox works fine. I hope this helps!
