update and hardware error

console wont update

had this problem since the new update was released.

i have tried everything, power down cycle, reset and a hard reset and an offline install and nothing. i cant add an account to sign in no matter where i try and do it, it wont download the English language pack, doesn't even do the internet speed test properly. tries calling Xbox, get told to go online, tried that and requesting a call back only to get an error. I'm using the Xbox one x i think Scorpio edition

If the device is out of warranty you have to pay to repair it with Microsoft. You can also take the console to an electronics repair shop in your city, it might be cheaper.

also i have managed to install the new update in offline mode, i know this because when i check for new updates nothing shows up, I've even tried changing the dns settings, I've tried going in to developer mode and refreshing certificates

ok so just to be clear, im going to have to pay

Yeah, but in some cases if it's a hardware or a faulty component the update is not able to be completed and shows you an error, like the one that you're receiving

If you see, sadly if offline update doesn't work, your console needs to be repaired.
