Update a game that was moved to another drive?

So i recently run out of space on my Local Disk(C) so i moved Forza Horizon to my other hard drive. Now when i play it doesn't have sound which was an issue i had before and it turned out i just had to update the game. But here's the catch now when i go into my library in the Microsoft Store Forza doesn't appear as installed.

Is there a way to fix this or do i have to have it on the main disk to be able to update it?

Yes i moved it via Via Windows settings > apps and features > installed apps

it doesnt apear in the xbox app either i can only find it by searching for it in the windows search bar

How did you moved the game?
Via Windows settings > apps and features > installed apps?

Also, can you try checking if the game appears in the Xbox app and not the Microsoft store?
If the game appears there, please check if you're able to update using the Xbox app instead

Hi, yes. Maybe something went wrong in the middle of the transfer process and Windows is not recognized the game as installed.

Usually reinstalling the game fix the problem (please remove it using the windows search option > right click on the game once you find it > uninstall)

Hi, that's really odd.
Can you try moving the game to the C: drive to see if the game finally appears as installed in windows settings, Microsoft store and the Xbox app?

So i just tried moving it and it showed me an error and it said it couldnt move it i dont really know...the files might have gotten corrupted during i was trying to move it..i just uninstalled it and im gonna reinstall it..
