Update 3rd December 2019

My Xbox one started doing what I assume is the latest update and for some reason it keeps getting stuck on "Step 3 of 3: Applying (66%) I havent had any error messages, i have looked up and there were some previous updates with similar issues and they
all said to hold the power button and such, however the power button on my xbox, along with the button for the disc tray dont work (my own fault, and i have been getting by just fine despite it) So i am currently unsure on what to do, i have tried unplugging
the power pack, and retrying but i get the same issue, same with my external hard drive, i have turned off my router so it doesnt have internet connection but it is still stuck on the same screen.

Oh, It has been on 66% for over an hour now, and im just not sure what to do. When i did unplug and plug it back in it went down to 35% before gradually making its way back to 66% and then stopping.

Honestly, im not sure what you mean by insider ring, all i know is that one minute i was on youtube, i left my room and came back to it asking me to proceed with an update

I assume you are in an Insider ring as the Latest XBox General Availability OS release was November 22nd. You should post all Insider
issues on the Reddit XBox Insiders Forum .

Turn off your console while you power cycle your network hardware and wait until your network is functional (green lights) before turning the console back on.

My xbox has been stuck on 66% for over 24 hours by now. I have factory reset but kept games several times. I would rather not have to completely reset. Im not buying the next xbox if this is how its going to be
