Unwarranted suspension

Btw I was 85 miles away from my xbox from the Friday to the Monday evening and these suspensions came through whilst i was away. Because they have given me absolutely no information other than its 2 screenshots that apparently violated the terms etc, i can not tell if they are from a period of time in the past or if they were apparently from over the weekend that i was away??? So i am sure you and ANYONE reading these posts can fully understand how frustrating this is! 😩

Thank you for your response. I am in no way surprised that its the way you say it is as that means there is no accountability for their incorrect actions! Microsoft all over! It is also 100% unacceptable and HAS to change! If i am responsible for this suspension then i will happily own and accept it……but i need proof. Not just some spotty pre-pubescent oink with clearly more power than he/she should have!

If your children are a part of your family group, it could be something they have done on their account. This chap realised this when they got suspended: Learning From A Lapse In Judgement - Microsoft Community

Unfortunately, the Enforcement team don't read these forums, and there isn't any way to communicate with them to raise this. Xbox Support used to be able to view Enforcement actions, but they no longer can. Nor do they have ways to reach out to them - from what I have been told.

As regards my sarcasm, I am past caring tbh. It seems to me that the whole ‘enforcement/no one has any means of contacting them’ is clearly designed that way so that no one can complain and force their hands to actually show any proof that their decision is correct/that they have all the facts. I understand and appreciate what you say but i am 53 years old and learnt what you state many years ago but this has my blood absolutely boiling! Even 4/5 days after it started. If they can not be polite enough to do the right thing and just show me the errors i made then how the hell can i make sure it doesn’t happen again. And again i hope they read this so that someone can actually think about it and realise this has to change.

Hi bud. Thank you for the link. Having read it all (and its a lot lol) it appears his son was not in his family group (and neither are mine) yet his son caused the issue and he got the ban! Just shows how badly Microsofts system is in handling these situations.

They said they have removed my “apparent” violating screenshots so i cant even find out if it was one of mine or one of my kids that seemingly took them!

EXTREMELY annoying and totally unacceptable!!!

They need to sort their muck out and sort it out now.
