Unwarranted and unwanted Charge back resulting in missing game and no refund

I paid $31.64 for tony hawk 1&2 for xbox one on december 31st 2020. I got to play the game untill january 22nd and then it claimed i needed to buy the game to play. They are claiming i or my bank requested a chargeback which is a lie. After endless emails, phone calls and web chats they decided to suspend my account for harassment, again a lie. I requested a refund and was denied. Microsofts customer service is a joke. They dont care about the people who pay their hard earned money for their products. I have been a loyal costumer since the original xbox. Never again will this joke of a company ever get a cent from me again.

Hello, so its a claim that a chargeback was requested? Did you get the money back the first time? Did you request a refund ontop of the charge back? As far as suspended for harassment was this seen on the enforcement website??

I am having the same problem and have been charged but when i try to play it says i dont have a subscription. when i try to buy one it says they are trying to extend mine. can you please help

When you go to Contact Us to request a callback, follow these steps:

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

No refund on a digital game 2 days after it was charged to me. Thats ridiculous. Evan after knowing I bought the CD and was trying to install it. Seeing what Playstation has to offer I think. Dont trust microsoft with my money any more.
