Unwanted subject ads on Microsoft games

I started playing MS Jigsaw to relax and I cannot get rid of an ad of COFFINS, yes, COFFIN ADS on a game, come on? I have a pi-hole in my house so I do not see ads for most of the pages I visit, tracking is disabled and I am pretty sure I never searched for it either, but for some reason is the only thing coming as an ad when I start the game. Is there a way to change it, at least so I don't see it? Very uncomfortable to play a game to relax seeing a coffin on my field of vision. Is there something I can do to reload the ads or something? It's been like this for days. I have the advertising ID off on my privacy settings.

The Microsoft Casual Gaming team is very interested to see if something is happening. Normally advertisements are based on your personal advertising ID and are tailor made to your experience, with the ID being turned off then a standardized version of our ads should be coming up. If these are popping up outside of that then we will investigate further.

Please submit a request to our team at the Casual Game Studios here and explain in a bit more detail what is going on. The team will look into it further and see if something might be happening.

Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums with this inquiry. The games on GamePass are subject to change at any time. Some games are on it then get removed while others are not a part of it but then may be added. There is no official announcements about
the content being added or removed to the GamePass. Perhaps in the future the game may be added to the list of games in the library.
