Unwanted games appearing in Games & Apps section

Discus and support Unwanted games appearing in Games & Apps section in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; How can I permanently hide games from my games and apps that I don’t have installed?     Unwanted games appearing in Games & Apps section


    How can I permanently hide games from my games and apps that I don’t have installed? Since the last update, I have several games appearing in that list but they aren’t installed and I don’t wish to see them. I’m in the Alpha program if that helps. I tried changing all the settings that I could find but I can seem to remove these games from appearing. My only option is to filter the list but that isn’t saved permanently. Please help community if you can!

    Please first confirm that the games appear as redeem here

    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    If the appear, click on the game icon there and will take you to the Xbox web store, once you log in there, you will see an "Install To" button from which you should be able to install

    If this doesn't work, share the link from the store you get after you are redirected from the order history

    Ricardo,

    Clicking on the game icon from the orders showed me what the problem was. The code I redeemed was for the PC version of the game, not the Xbox version. That's why the game was not appearing on the Xbox.

    Thanks for the help.
