Hello.so today game of thrones episode two camed out and iam not able to download it.i own season pass and in game store episode 2 is marked as "purchased but not downloaded" and when i press download it opens that xbox window with overview and all but there
is no button to confirm download or anything only cancel option is available.(also red sircle crossed. Sign appears)

In order to make a purchase, free or not, the system has to have a payment method on file. If you're making the purchase from an Xbox One or xbox.com, the system requires either a credit card or Paypal to be on file. In order to make the purchase without
a credit card or Paypal, you would have to make the purchase on a 360 console.

I would like to please help me, since I have not been able to download the free gold games of xbox 360 on any platform possible, since it asks me for a credit card that I do not have.

Well consider that if they are free, they should not ask for a credit card.

They will help me please as soon as possible.

release day. Please give it a shot tomorrow and let us know if it's still giving you trouble.

That is a problem that happens when you try to download GTA V game and the online game packs at the same time. To solve this you should delete the game and clear you console cache three times:

support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

Download only the main game of GTA V and play the game normally for a while. After you can download the game packs.

yes as long as you are signed into the account that bought it you can re download as many times as you want for free.

Hi there, the only thing I can think of is did you ever go through your hard drive to see if there was a partial download of the game, possibly with a yellow triangle signalling that it's corrupted?

Sometimes these corrupted partial downloads can stop it from being re-download successfully the second time. See the link for more information on deleting games from your hard drive:
