    Hello, my name is Jevin. My gamertag is and I recently received a promo code for pre-ordering Battlefield 1 Early Enlisters Edition. I was cleaning up my message box recently and I accidentally deleted my promo message that i have not used yet.
    I was wondering if there is a way I can get that code back or a new one if possible.

    Gears of War Ultimate (Day One Edition) Promotional Codes...

    Hi there,

    I've bought Gears of War Ultimate (Day One Edition) digitally on 09/02/2015 with the order no: [Mod Removed] and I received some promotional codes for Gears of War 1, 2, 3, Justice, etc from Xbox Live Message system... I could have redeemed
    only Gears of War 2 and Gears of War: Justice game codes. The other codes couldn't redeemed yet and after a few months I deleted the unused codes accidentally.

    Today, I got contacted with support, and they took their notes about this issue and forwarded me to here...

    Please help me about taking the "un-redeemed / unused yet" other Gears of War game keys...

    Deleted Xbox live Messages

    I recently deleted a message thread from xbox live by mistake. The message thread had unused redeem codes. Is there anyway xbox can resend these messages?

    Your best bet is to try and contact support and have them send another message with the same code or a new one. Hope it works out for you!

    You've actually gone to the right place. Xbox chat nor phone support does not have a way to recover messages that where sent to you and have been deleted. They also don't send promotional codes to replace what was deleted. Only the official support on this
    promotional forums would be able to recover the code that was on the deleted message. Just wait for one of them to get it for you.

    I accidentally deleted my "Messages from Xbox Live" conversation. Any way to get copies of those messages from say, the last 6 months or so?

    Once a message is deleted on Xbox Live it cannot be recovered. However if there are unused codes that were sent to your account from promotions, Official support may be able to assist in restoring those. Support.xbox.com/contact-us
