Unused Groove Music Codes

I have 5 unused groove music codes. I spoke with an xbox support agent who gave me a case number and referred me to Microsfot support. Microsoft support told me to contact Xbox support and disconnected on me. I contacted xbox support again, and was told
I should post on the forums..

The redemption period has passed, but the support site states that 120% of the value of the unused pre-paid cards will be issued as store credit to the microsoft store..

Also, if possible after all this I would like to cancel my groove subscription and have that credited as well which the support site states will be at 120% as account credit.

Reward Points refund (Groove Music 3-Month pass)

I bought a Groove Music 3-Month pass for 200 Microsoft Rewards points.

Now because of the Groove-Spotify Merger, I am unable to redeem my UNUSED pass.

Could I have my 200 Points refunded?

Credit for Unredeemed XBOX/Groove Music Pass

I bought an XBOX/Groove Music Pass and haven’t redeemed it yet. I understand that I need to ask for a credit because it is no longer redeemable online.

Unfortunately the Xbox Forum team can't assist with Groove Music issues, sincere apologies for the frustrating route you have taken to receive assistance. Additionally, we are unable to process refunds or apply credit for these codes on the forums.
