I created a different Microsoft-/Xbox-Live account and "Jigsaw" on both devices. The synchronization works flawlessly here!

It looks like there's something wrong with my account, but also have no idea how to fix that.

Troubleshooter doesn't help.

That's definitely an odd issue that is difficult to pinpoint the cause of. My suggestion would be to restart your computer with a clean boot so that it starts up without any other programs still running in the background.
