unsuspending suspended account - Service not available, please try again later

My other account got temporarily suspended because it started sending spam or junk mail. So the solution to unsuspend it is by putting In my phone number and Microsoft will send a security code. The problem is, when I click "send code", an error pops up
"Service unavailable, please try again later". Ive contacted Microsoft support and ive done everything they tell me but to no avail. Support tried to help me but still couldnt fix it. I cannot login on PC Or Xbox. Please help

I've been seeing this happen a lot on my own account on top of the DDA servers not available...

 

for all bans and suspensions you would need to reach out to the xbox enforcment teqm at enforcement.xbox.com, once you get that sorted i wpuld change your password so no one can send spam from your account
