Unsuspend me and Verbal Insults

My account was suspended for swearing at somebody. I come home from long hard day at work and I've dealt with verbal abuse and being griefed from my own crew on xbox live just because I have an american accent. I don't know what it is that so many austrailians
seem to have against americans. I literally have said and done nothing wrong, other than being too humble and kind.
Anybody that knows me in person knows that I'm a bit of a pacifist. The best I can do is unfriend and block them but now
my account is suspended because I said one thing to defend myself. If all the things THEY said've been accounted for, they'd've been banned. I say that I'm mexican and they throw all kinds of racial slurs.

In the infernal empire/[Mod Removed - Profanity], EVERYBODY, no matter what shape or size or background, everybody has mutual respect for one another. Why can't our world be the same?

Insulting people on a forum isn't going to help your case none.

Follow the rules and just be polite. No need to verbally assault people because of a game.

Thanks. I know you tried to help, but xbox but that does absolutely nothing. I went on the phone with xbox support and they said it wasn't their area either.

 

Yeah Xbox Support can't help you need to visit the Enforcement site linked above. If available you can raise a Case Review.

You mention you were suspended for seating at someone, so that will be the issue. Hopefully it is only for 24 hours

Sorry to hear you have run into this problem. As paul mentioned you will have to go through the
Enforcement Website as Xbox customer support is unable to assist you with this matter. You have to log into the website and if available you can always submit a case review to have
this looked over by the enforcement team.

As others have said - only the Enforcement team can answer your inquiry. Here are the instructions for submitting a case review directly to Enforcement:

They are the only ones who can assist with why you were banned and for how long. If you were profane in any way, you may very well have breached the terms of service and may need to wait out your suspension.

 

You can't do that in Xbox Live, go to Xbox Enforcement to see your situation

You can appeal your suspension, if it's for over 24 hours, by visiting this page: Xbox Enforcement | How Do I

If your appeal is unsuccessful, we advise you to learn from your mistakes and ride out your suspension time. If you retaliate, you are likely to be seen as just as bad as the other folks involved.

Like I said earlier nick, the xbox enforcement website can do nothing. Unless I'm missing something. Whether it's because I'm eligible or not shouldn't matter.

 

The only option I'd have would be to apply for review under my xbox enforcement action and the option to do so isn't even there. Xbox is [Mod Removed - Profanity].

Enforcement Site and be sure to sign into the correct Microsoft Account associated with your Xbox Profile. From the site, select "How do I?" and then "Case Review". There will be detailed information on how to submit a case review. This is the only way
to submit a case review and effectively the sole channel of contact to the Enforcement team.
