    If I'm in a family and buy a DLC or something else such as Forza Horizon 3 VIP will the people in my family be able to use it or will I have to buy one for them two.

    I still don't think we should be fighting anymore, everything is fine now. Family-sharing is not that much of a big deal. You guys were going to buy the console before family-sharing anyways.

    No, game licences aren't shared among family members.

    If you buy content, you can play it on any console you want when you're connected to Xbox Live; additionally, any account can play the content - online or offline - on your account's Home Xbox (your primary console).

    you can put link some things by putting both accounts into the same family, but I'm unsure if I will solve your problem.
