Unsure if Banned

if enforcement is showing no bans on your account then you should be ok, unless the actual xbox is banned i am not sure. what error are you getting, how do you know that you might be banned.

I've removed a second account which I planned to use for my son but I've kept my account on there which inclass as an adult account as I have 18+ games etc. I've check my xbox status online and it states I've had no bans in the history so sure I've never had my system banned.

Your child's account may have been suspended or, in extreme circumstances, their device may have been banned by the Xbox Live Policy and Enforcement Team. For more information, see the Microsoft Code of Conduct Explained for Xbox Live Customers.

However, if it really got banned, there are cases where it doesn't even allow you to open a case review, and unfortunately, as mentioned, all purchased content is not retrievable or transferable. The Xbox Live Policy and Enforcement team who do the investigation and determine whether the console or account will be banned.

if a perma ban then thats it you lose all purchased items, saves, basically everything, nothing can be transferred and changing email alias will do nothing as the microsoft account is banned.

you need to sign into xbox enforcement to see if you actually have a ban and if you can submit a review, you get one only, support are not allowed to help in this matter either.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have questions on an Enforcement action. Unfortunately, no one here can answer these questions as we are not part of Enforcement. The only way to appeal the ban is through a case review. Enforcement does
not use the forums nor have a way of contacting them.

If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.
