    I am in UK and did go through that link the issue is hdmi port isnt working so was going through hardware, then warranty as its not even 5 months old and then series X and get to the phone call back bit and put my phone number in and i am getting the message saying something went wrong at our end

    Try the service via chat, I believe that the phone service is not working, would even have to choose a subject and go through the virtual agent to be attended by an agent.
